“Konkan’s scenic beauty is too good. Besides that it’s pollution free. We can live very peaceful life. It has a very good view point of beach and sea and it is placed at 15 – 20 minutes from the beach, so it’s good if people make their houses there and can live there as you are providing a township there along with club house and amenities.

I am myself being into real estate and wealth management industry the growth prospect regarding this geographical area which is Konkan, a lot of growth is coming towards it and whoever invests in this kind of property will see a exponential growth.

When I booked the token, I only thought about the growth prospect of this place. But I’m little reluctant because of my parent’s age and the kind of health my dad is carrying.

Well I liked the plot a lot since the beginning. We know Karan since we invested in Pali about year ago. It’s been a great exeperience of having a relationship with him in terms of he being very prefessional. And that’s why we thought of going ahead with this, but unfortunately we are not going ahead.

I would like to say to people since Konkan is coming up with very well, Dabhol is near, it’s very good.

Team is very professional, provided good hospitality, the kind of insights given by the team was wonderful, the way they took the follow ups, very happy with the team, I really liked it.
